Prerequisites

1. You must be Zoho Recruit's super admin.
   
2. Zoho Recruit Enterprise Edition or higher is required.

How to install the Indian Aadhaar Verifier extension

Steps involved in installing the "Indian Aadhaar Verifier"

Open Zoho Recruit and go to the marketplace on the settings page.

Search for the "Aadhaar Verifier for Zoho Recruit" keyword and click the Buy Now button, or if you want to try it, go with the free trial version which is valid for 15 days.

New fields have been added to the Candidates' module

Sl No	Field Type	Field Name	Comment
1	Single Line	Aadhaar Number (UID)	This field shows the aadhaar number of the candidate.
2	Multi Line	Aadhaar Details	Ths field shows the full aadhaar details of the candidate.
3	Pick List	Aadhaar Status	This field shows the status of the aadhaar card whether it is valid or not.

How to verify the Aadhaar Card details in the Candidates' module

After installing the extension, you will see the additional fields that were added to your Candidates' module, as indicated above.

You may verify the Aadhaar card details here. By clicking the button "Aadhaar Verifier", you may perform a manual verification for the Candidates module.

After entering the "Aadhaar Number (UID)" in the appropriate area, save the data and click the "Aadhaar Verifier" button. You can obtain Aadhaar details by pressing that button.

After tapping the button, one widget will appear, displaying the Aadhaar details of "Age", "State", "Mobile Number", "Gender", and "Status." Including that, you may observe the "API Usage."

You will be given two processing options: "Update" and "Close." If you wish to update the data, check the box and click the Update button; otherwise, click the Close button.

After pressing the Update button, the Aadhaar details will be automatically updated in their appropriate fields as shown below.
