After installing the extension, you’ll be redirected to the settings widget. There, you’ll need to select the SharePoint site and Microsoft Teams channel. You can also define the naming format for the Teams channel and SharePoint folder—choose from Deal Name + Account Name, Deal Name, or Account Name.
If you wish to enable automatic creation of channels and folders, simply turn on the toggle switch and click the Save button. Once saved, the widget will be activated.
First, choose your preferred channel naming convention, such as "Deal Name + Account Name," "Deal Name," or "Account Name," for channels within Teams and folders in SharePoint.
Once these settings are saved, creating a new deal in Zoho CRM will automatically generate a corresponding folder in SharePoint and a channel in Microsoft Teams. You can then upload relevant files directly to this folder via the "SharePoint Files" related list within the Zoho CRM deal record.
