Installing and using the Zoho Recruit app on iPhone

You can download and install the Zoho Recruit application from the App Store. Before you install it, make sure to check the prerequisites.  

Zoho Recruit requirements:  

You must have:
  • A valid and active Zoho Recruit Account.
    If you have not signed up for Zoho Recruit, please click.
  • Permission to view Zoho Recruit modules.  

iPhone Requirements: Devices with iOS 11 or higher

Internet Connectivity:  

Zoho Recruit for iPhone requires a Wi-Fi network or cellular network to communicate with Zoho Recruit. However, you can also work with the local data on your device even if you lose connectivity to the internet. The updates will sync with your master Recruit account when you have connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network again.

Installing Zoho Recruit for iPhone  

To install Zoho Recruit from the App Store:

  1. From your iPhone browser, visit the App Store.
  2. Search for "Zoho Recruit" in the App Store.
  3. Tap Zoho Recruit in the product Info screen.
  4. Tap Free > Install.
    The application will be installed automatically.

Using Zoho Recruit App in iPhone

  1. The app works very similarly to the desktop version. It is optimized and all the data is synchronized with your Recruit account. Some of the features you can explore as a first time user of the Recruit app are:

    • You can view your calendar in the Home page. You can add events, tasks, interviews, and calls here.

    • Click the + icon in each module to add a new record. The action is available in the Job Openings, Clients, Contacts, Candidates, Interviews, and To-Dos modules.
    • Click the Edit icon at the top right of the record details page to edit a record.

    • The Interviews module lets you schedule an interview. Created interviews will be added to the calendar in the Home Page.

    • Candidates and contacts can be contacted via call, SMS, or email. Clicking the respective icon in the record details page to call a contact or send them an SMS or an email.

    • Job openings and candidate statuses can be edited from the respective record details pages.
    • Candidate details submitted to clients can be viewed from the Job Opening details page.
    • Candidates with suitable skills and profiles can be associated with jobs. The associated candidates will then be available to view and edit from the job details page.
    • MailMagnet in Recruit scans your email inbox and notifies you of important emails. This feature is available in the Home page and some quick actions can be performed using it.

    • Notes can be added to records in modules like Candidates, Clients, and Contacts. You can add noted from a record detail page.
