Prerequisites

  1. You must be the Zoho Bigin's super admin.
  2. Zoho Bigin Premier edition or higher is required.

How to install "PAN Details Retrieval for Bigin" 

Steps involved to install "PAN Details Retrieval for Bigin":

To install the "PAN Details Retrieval for Bigin" 

1. Go to Toppings > Marketplace > All Toppings.
        All the installed Toppings are listed. under Installed, you can view all the toppings supported by your Bigin.
2. Click All Toppings,  browse for, and click "PAN Details Retrieval for Bigin."
        Details about the toppings will be available.
 3. Agree to the Terms of Service and click Install.




1. Choose one of the following, then click Confirm:
  1. Install for admins only - The topping will only be installed in Bigin for Users with the administrator profile.
  2. Install for all users - The topping will be installed in Bigin for all users.
  3. Choose Profiles - The topping will be installed in Bigin for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, and then select the desired profiles. 
           The topping will be installed automatically for specified users.



Setting up OAuth autorization

  1. To Authorize click on the "Authorize" button
  2. Click on "Connect" to access the Zoho Services
  3. Choose the service you want to install and submit it
  4. Click on the "Accept" button you allow DRE IDC to access data in your Zoho account
  5. Then the connector will connected

PAN Details: This field represents more details of the PAN like, "Name of the PAN holder", Father Name of the PAN holder", etc.


How to Retrieve PAN Details in Contacts Module

Contacts Module

The button that is present in the Contacts Modules must be used in this approach to validate the PAN details. When you click the "PAN Validation" button, a widget will appear where you can view the "PAN", "PAN Status", "PAN Data", and "API Quota." Once the PAN details have been validated, if you want to update the record, mark the check box and click "Update"; otherwise, click "Close" to exit the widget.
