Prerequisites

  1. Must have a licensed Zoom account
  2. Must have Cloud drives accounts(Zoho, Google,One Drive)

Notes: We are working on Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive.

Key Features

  1. The recordings will be automatically uploaded to the Cloud Drive.
  2. Recordings will be stored according to each user.
  3. Eliminate the need for manual uploading of recordings.
  4. Save valuable time.

How to get started the application

Steps involved to get started

  1. Login with Zoom App Marketplace and login with the your zoom credentials.
  2. Search for an application "Zoom Backup" in the marketplace.
  3. Before clicking on the "Add" button, enable approve app.
  4. To approve app we should give the permissions to allow all or specific members to add the app.
  5. After allowing the members or goup you can "Add" the application to the selected users.

Integration with cloud storage platforms

We are integrating with cloud platforms from Zoho, Google, and Microsoft, allowing you to seamlessly upload your meeting recordings directly to your preferred storage platform.

Zoho WorkDrive

Steps involved in integrating Zoho WorkDrive
  1. Upon logging in, you'll be directed to the application dashboard.
  2. From there, proceed to access Zoho WorkDrive.
  3. Click on "Connect" to initiate the integration with Zoho.
  4. Login with your Zoho credentials.
  5. Once done, you'll be seamlessly connected to Zoho WorkDrive.

Google Drive

   Steps involved in integrating Google Drive
  1. Upon logging in, you'll be directed to the application dashboard.
  2. From there, proceed to access Google Drive.
  3. Click on "Connect" to initiate the integration with Google.
  4. Login with your Google credentials.
  5. Once done, you'll be seamlessly connected to Google Drive.

Microsoft OneDrive

Steps involved in integrating Microsoft OneDrive
  1. Upon logging in, you'll be directed to the application dashboard.
  2. From there, proceed to access Microsoft OneDrive.
  3. Click on "Connect" to initiate the integration with Microsoft.
  4. Login with your Microsoft credentials.
  5. Once done, you'll be seamlessly connected to Microsoft OneDrive.

Setting up the path to the Drive

Zoho WorkDrive

Once the integration is finished, you'll need to designate the destination where the meeting recordings will be stored.

After logging into the "Zoom Backup" application, press the "Connect" button to authenticate with "Zoho"

After pressing on the "Zoho WorkDrive Card" in the dashboard, you'll be redirected to the settings widget. In that widget, you need to select the folder to store the meeting recordings or create a new folder to store the meeting recordings. If you want to delete the recording from Zoom you must enable the "Auto Delete" option or else you can delete the recordings within the dashboard.

Google Drive
